Our IT team has been hard at work again, continuing to enhance Cook's Connect in order for our customers to get the best out of this extremely user friendly resource. The latest is the addition of notifications. You'll now be able to receive delivery eta's, along with any other important Cook's updates you should know about.
All you need to do is ensure the ''Notifications'' function is switched on within Cook's Connect! Here's how....

Its popularity is rapidly increasing amongst our valued Trade Account holders.

In addition to existing Admin, Sales and Accounts access levels is the new Foreman access level. This allows access to basic information such as: product catalogue (trade prices are hidden), submitting orders and viewing of proof of delivery documents. A full list of access information for all levels can be found here.
Over 18,000 Product catalogue images have now been included across all product categories. An image can be viewed alongside product information, as well as in full screen mode and with a zoom in function. Great for when you're onsite and quickly need to refer to product information.
General announcement notifications are also a new addition to Cook's Connect. We'll keep you up to date with everything you need to know!
