Returns Policy - Retail

Effective 3 October 2022, please note Cook’s will accept goods for credits that are no longer required under the following conditions:

  • Products are returned in the condition of which they were sold
  • Delivery docket/invoice details are provided
  • Cook's must be contacted within one week of customer receiving the item(s).

An administration fee of $20 will be applied to the credit as well as any restocking fee charged by the supplier on non-stocked product.

Please note that goods will not be accepted for credit for the following reasons:

  • Custom made products
  • Products that are damaged, this includes packaging.
  • Obsolete or discontinued products.
